L’Inspecteur Général Justin Marc a été officiellement installé ce lundi à la tête de la Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ). Fort de son expérience au sein de la PNH, il succède à Pierre René François et promet de redynamiser la lutte contre l’insécurité et le crime organisé.
Un nouveau chapitre s’ouvre à la Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ). L’Inspecteur Général Justin Marc a officiellement été installé ce lundi 18 août 2025 à la tête de cette importante structure de la Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH). La cérémonie d’installation s’est tenue dans les locaux de la DCPJ, en présence de plusieurs cadres de l’institution, notamment des chefs de service, ainsi que des membres du personnel administratif et policier.
La passation de pouvoir a été présidée par l’Inspecteur Général Berson Soljour, Directeur de Cabinet du Directeur Général a.i de la PNH, qui a salué le parcours professionnel du nouveau titulaire et exprimé sa confiance en ses capacités à relever les défis liés à la lutte contre la criminalité organisée.
L’Inspecteur Général Justin Marc succède à l’Inspecteur Général Pierre René François, qui a dirigé la DCPJ jusqu’à récemment. Dans son discours de circonstance, le nouveau Directeur Central a exprimé sa détermination à collaborer étroitement avec tous les échelons de l’institution afin de redynamiser la DCPJ et renforcer l’efficacité des actions policières sur le territoire national.
” La lutte contre l’insécurité et le crime organisé exige une coordination sans faille, une rigueur dans l’action et une implication totale de chacun. Je m’engage à œuvrer dans ce sens, avec professionnalisme et intégrité “, a déclaré M. Marc.
Fort d’une longue carrière au sein de la PNH, l’Inspecteur Général Justin Marc a occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilité, dont celui de Directeur Central de la Police Administrative (DCPA), Directeur Départemental de l’Ouest (DDO), Responsable de la Police Frontalière Terrestre (POLIFRONT), ainsi que celui d’Adjoint au Directeur de l’École Nationale de Police (ENP).
Son retour à la DCPJ est perçu comme une volonté de renforcer la stratégie nationale de lutte contre la criminalité, dans un contexte où les défis sécuritaires restent majeurs pour le pays.
