Cérémonie d’Honneur et Mérite 2025 : Rivalpromo509 mise sur la jeunesse et les communautés

Sous le thème porteur de sens “Bâtir à partir des communautés “, la troisième édition de la Cérémonie d’Honneur et Mérite, organisée par Rivalpromo509, s’annonce comme l’un des rendez-vous les plus marquants du calendrier citoyen haïtien. Cette entreprise souhaite mettre en lumière 25 jeunes modèles et inspirants, issus des dix départements du pays et de la diaspora, dont les actions transforment positivement et durablement leurs communautés.

La reconnaissance des bâtisseurs sociaux est trop souvent posthume, Rivalpromo509 a choisi de briser ce schéma. L’organisation entend honorer, ici et maintenant, celles et ceux qui agissent concrètement pour le bien commun. Ces jeunes incarnent une nouvelle génération de leaders communautaires, de porteurs d’espoir et de bâtisseurs de ponts entre les défis du quotidien et les aspirations collectives. À travers leur engagement dans les secteurs éducatif, social, culturel et sanitaire, ils démontrent qu’il est possible de convertir les obstacles en opportunités et les idées en actions concrètes.

Au fil des années, cette cérémonie est devenue bien plus qu’un simple événement symbolique. Elle constitue désormais une véritable plateforme nationale de reconnaissance, de visibilité et d’encouragement. En valorisant des jeunes issus aussi bien des centres urbains que des zones rurales souvent négligées, Rivalpromo509 croit que le mérite ne dépend ni de la géographie ni du statut social, mais bien de l’impact réel et du dévouement.

Pour cette édition 2025, l’initiative franchit un nouveau cap. En plus des jeunes lauréats, six institutions et entreprises haïtiennes seront également distinguées pour leur engagement indéfectible envers les causes communautaires, même dans des contextes de grande incertitude. Ces entités, bien que souvent discrètes, jouent un rôle fondamental dans la création d’opportunités, le soutien aux initiatives de jeunesse et le renforcement du tissu social.

Selon les responsables, deux nouveautés marqueront cette troisième édition. D’une part, une mini-conférence de 45 minutes animée par deux figures emblématiques du secteur communautaire portera une réflexion approfondie sur le thème central : « Bâtir à partir des communautés ». Ce moment d’échange mettra en lumière la résilience locale, l’innovation sociale et l’importance de l’action collective. D’autre part, une reconnaissance formelle sera accordée aux entreprises et institutions qui, à travers leur vision et leurs politiques internes, contribuent activement à créer un écosystème favorable à l’épanouissement des jeunes en Haïti.

La cérémonie, qui se déroulera au prestigieux Karibe Hôtel à Pétion-Ville, accueillera près de 200 invités, dont des personnalités publiques, des représentants des médias, des leaders communautaires, des jeunes activistes et des cadres d’entreprises. L’événement, à la fois solennel et profondément humain, vise à faire de la reconnaissance un catalyseur d’engagement citoyen et un levier d’inspiration pour toute une génération.

Au programme : hommage aux 25 jeunes lauréats, distinction de six institutions et entreprises exemplaires, conférence thématique, interventions culturelles et activités de réseautage. Chaque élément de la soirée est pensé pour valoriser, encourager et amplifier l’impact des engagements citoyens.

La sélection des lauréats repose sur des critères stricts et transparents. Pour les jeunes, l’évaluation tient compte de l’engagement communautaire, du leadership démontré, de l’impact mesurable de leurs actions et de leur participation active aux initiatives sociales, éducatives et culturelles dans leur environnement. Du côté des institutions, les critères incluent le soutien constant aux projets communautaires, la création d’opportunités professionnelles, l’appui structuré aux jeunes porteurs d’initiatives et le renforcement de la confiance au sein des communautés locales, toujours selon les responsables de l’initiative.

Dans un pays souvent ébranlé par des crises successives, cette cérémonie se positionne comme un acte de foi en la jeunesse haïtienne. Rivalpromo509 mise sur des actions concrètes, portées par des jeunes qui osent, innovent et prennent leur place dans la transformation sociale. Chaque reconnaissance devient ainsi une semence d’espoir, et chaque lauréat, un modèle vivant capable d’inspirer d’autres jeunes en quête de repères et de sens.
