Après l’achat du matériel, le médecin l’informe que la chirurgie ne sera plus réalisée et lui recommande de faire une demande de remboursement. Selon ses déclarations, malgré les documents signés et les justificatifs fournis, sa demande reste sans suite.
D’après plusieurs témoignages, les démarches pour obtenir un remboursement sont particulièrement longues et confuses. À chaque étape, une nouvelle exigence administrative apparaît. D’abord la signature du médecin, ensuite celle du résident, puis une lettre de justification de l’annulation, parfois déjà remise auparavant. À cela s’ajoutent des retards répétés. Un ancien patient raconte avoir attendu pendant trois heures sur une chaise roulante, sans que son dossier soit traité, en raison d’une erreur dans la constitution du dossier lors de sa venue initiale.
De nombreux patients rapportent des expériences similaires. Certains attendent depuis plusieurs semaines, voire des mois, sans recevoir le moindre remboursement. Un patient raconte qu’un homme, après avoir été plusieurs fois renvoyé sans explication, a finalement déchiré son reçu sur place, visiblement exaspéré.
Ces incidents causent des interrogations légitimes : si les patients perdent ou détruisent leurs reçus, que devient l’argent versé ? Reste-t-il dans les caisses de l’établissement, ou est-il potentiellement détourné ? Cette question reste, pour l’instant, sans réponse officielle.
Dans cette situation, plusieurs voix s’élèvent pour demander plus de clarté et de rigueur dans le traitement des dossiers de remboursement. Les patients concernés espèrent une prise en charge plus humaine, des procédures mieux définies et un accès équitable à leur droit au remboursement, lorsque les interventions médicales n’ont finalement pas eu lieu.
