L’incapacité du Ministère de l’éducation nationale et de la formation professionnelle (MENFP) à délivrer les diplômes de fin d’études secondaires plonge les anciens bacheliers dans une impasse. Inscriptions universitaires retardées, bourses inaccessibles et démarches bloquées. Pour beaucoup, l’avenir académique et professionnel est suspendu à une décision administrative qui tarde à venir.
Le ministère de l’Éducation nationale et de la Formation professionnelle (MENFP) traverse une crise qui affecte directement les anciens bacheliers. Incapable de délivrer à temps les certificats de fin d’études secondaires, l’institution laisse de nombreux jeunes dans l’incertitude, avec des conséquences lourdes sur leur avenir académique et professionnel.
Depuis plusieurs mois, les élèves ayant réussi leur baccalauréat attendent toujours leurs certificats. Faute de ce document officiel, ils ne peuvent pas finaliser leurs inscriptions universitaires, déposer des dossiers de bourses ni satisfaire à certaines obligations administratives.
« Nous avons travaillé dur pour réussir le bac. Aujourd’hui, on se retrouve bloqués juste parce que le ministère n’a pas honoré ses dettes. C’est décourageant », déplore Christophe, bachelier de la promotion 2011.
Les parents, de leur côté, expriment leur colère face à cette situation. « Nos enfants ont déjà fait leur part. C’est maintenant au MENFP d’assumer ses responsabilités. Ils ne doivent pas payer les erreurs de gestion du ministère », proteste une mère de famille.
La crise ne concerne pas uniquement les promotions récentes. Plusieurs anciens élèves, notamment ceux de la promotion 2010 et des années suivantes, rencontrent eux aussi de grandes difficultés pour récupérer leurs diplômes de Rhéto et de Philo. Certains affirment avoir effectué plusieurs démarches auprès du MENFP, sans succès. « J’ai fait plusieurs suivis, mais jusqu’à présent je suis toujours en attente », confie un ancien élève.
Pour d’autres, la situation est encore plus dramatique. Jean, un ancien étudiant de Carrefour-Feuilles, a perdu tous ses documents scolaires dans l’incendie de sa maison. Comme deux de ses anciens camarades, il n’a jamais pu obtenir ses diplômes, indispensables pour ses projets académiques, notamment à l’étranger.
Pour les anciens bacheliers concernés, cette impasse représente bien plus qu’un simple retard administratif, c’est un frein à leur avenir. L’impossibilité d’obtenir à temps leurs certificats de fin d’études secondaires les empêche d’accéder à l’enseignement supérieur, de postuler à des bourses, ou encore de faire valoir leurs acquis à l’international.
Malgré la gravité de la situation, le MENFP n’a jusqu’à présent communiqué aucune date officielle pour la délivrance des documents en attente. En attendant, frustration et inquiétude grandissent chez les anciens bacheliers et leurs familles, qui appellent le ministère à agir rapidement pour débloquer la situation et restaurer la confiance dans le système éducatif.
