PNH : Le Commissaire Principal Sergo Dasmy nommé Adjoint au Directeur du Personnel

Le Commissaire Principal Sergo Dasmy a été officiellement installé ce 18 août 2025, comme Adjoint au Directeur du Personnel (ADP) de la Police Nationale d’Haïti (PNH). Cette nomination est considérée comme un choix stratégique au sein de l’un des services clés de l’institution.

Sergo Dasmy succède à Monsieur Rémy Jean-Baptiste, qui occupait cette fonction depuis un peu plus d’un an. Ce dernier a été salué pour son engagement et les services rendus à la PNH au cours de son mandat. Si aucune raison officielle n’a été communiquée concernant ce remplacement, celui-ci s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un mouvement administratif plus large, initié par la Direction Générale, visant à renforcer les capacités de gestion interne et à moderniser la gestion des ressources humaines de l’institution policière.

La cérémonie d’installation s’est tenue dans la salle de conférence de la Direction Générale, à Clercine 8 (Tabarre), en présence de l’Inspecteur Général Jean Maurest Étienne, Directeur du Personnel, qui a présidé l’événement, ainsi que de plusieurs hauts cadres, policiers et membres du personnel administratif.

La nomination du Commissaire Principal Dasmy est largement perçue comme un choix stratégique, au regard de son parcours professionnel solide au sein de la PNH et de ses compétences reconnues en gestion administrative.
